You mentioned wanting a light slider, though I do have to say that all 5th wheel hitches are going to have some heft to them. That said, there are ways to make it more manageable to remove them from the bed, which you can do by removing the head unit first and then the base, though it will still take two people to remove.
Having said that, I will give you a couple options, starting with what is absolutely the best sliding 5th wheel hitch for your 2019 Ford F-250 with the factory Ford prep package, the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3370.
This Companion is the best 5th wheel hitch in the industry because of its immense jaws, cushioned bushings, and pivoting head, which combine to give you the most comfortable and quiet towing experience possible. The jaws on the Companion are 1 inch thick, and this robust jaw system acts like an adhesive to your king pin. These jaws are the key reason why the Companion minimizes movement and noise more than any other hitch. It does have a removable head, which weighs 75 lbs while the base weighs 192 lbs, so you can take apart the head, or you can remove it from your truck with a hoist and the B&W 5th Wheel Lifting Device for Companion and Patriot Hitches # BWRVXA3130.
The other option I recommend taking a look at is the Curt A20 which is comprised of the Head Unit for Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16540 (103 lbs) and Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package # C16020 (170 lbs). The A20 is a really good hitch because of its solid dual jaw system and because its color-coded lock indicator makes the hitch easy to know if your are coupled or uncoupled. The A20 has a pin on the front so it is easy to remove the head and would be my 2nd choice for your 2019 Ford F-250 behind the B&W Companion # BWRVK3370.
