Do they offer this in a rubber grommet mounted light or just the surface mount? Thanks

The closest match would be # STL211RB. It doesn't have a clear lens or Glo feature though. The grommet for this light is # A70GB and you would need pigtails # A47PB and # A49PB to plug into the back of it.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
