Considering purchasing Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 for 2017 F350 Super Duty with 8 ft bed, 5er hitch setup, and 11,000 GVWR from the factory. Saw a user comment that the new F350s have springs engineered so that springs are set in stages so air bags are not needed. Are the air bags a good addition to this Noe F350 SD truck? Thx

Most vehicle suspension is progressively rated like what you mentioned. That means that the further the suspension compresses the stiffer the suspension becomes to bettery suit heavy loads. That said air suspension enhancement like the Air Lift kit part # AL57577 will still provide more support that will be helpful. It helps support the suspension when needed to provide you with the best possible towing experience.
What's great about air bags is that when needed you can inflate them to give you additional support but when not needed they can be deflated to give you the best ride quality for both scenarios. So the Air Lift kit would be a great choice for your truck.
For a compressor kit to make inflating the bags and maintaining air pressure easy we have the Air Lift Controller II part # AL25592.
