Troubleshooting Landing Gear Operating Backwards After Installing New Switch

Question:
have 2007 Laredo fifth wheel replaced gear switch wired it just like diagram pink to hot, black to ground ,red to red on motor, black to black on motor , know its backwards up is down, down is up can I switch black and red on motor?

If the landing gear controls on your trailer are now operating in the opposite direction after installing the Replacement Switch # LG-145236, it is indeed a simple case of miswiring with the wires between the switch and motor. Swapping the red and black wires to the motor (NOT the wires going to the battery) should resolve this issue.
