Question:

BDW15017 Bulldog Winch: does.it come with a mounting kit for trailer mount and does it have a DC adapter. Im using it for 2001 Jayco Qwest pop up with after mkt airconditioner. The hand crank is very difficult. Does this come with.a crank if no power available?

The Bulldog Winch # BDW15017 does not come with a mounting kit but does have a mounting bolt hole pattern that is 2.99" x 4.8" on center. You can use this to help you find the appropriate mounting location.

This winch actually runs off of DC power so you will not need an adapter, but it does not include a crank or an option to use a crank in the case of a power failure.

For that situation you would want the Dutton-Lainson TW4000 StrongArm # DL25200. This has some mounting plates that are sold separately as part # DL24055 and part # DL24053. Just choose whichever one will be easier for your application. It does run off of DC as well and comes with a crank in case of a power outage.
