This is going to help power your load in and out. It's going to include free a spooling clutch for fast wire rope deployment. That clutch lever is on this side of the winch right here. You're going to have an engaged position which is going to give you full function of the winch using the hand held remote.

You're going to have a disengaged position. This is going to allow you to bring the line out quickly and efficiently. It's going to feature a 250 amp sealed housing right here on the power unit. The power unit is going to sit directly on the top of the motor. It's installed on a small bracket. It's got two tabs underneath where it just simply slides into the grooves so that can be removed if needed. It sits on top of the high efficiency low amp draw motor.

This portion right here is going to be our aluminum hoss fair lead. This is going to be greatly reduce the wear and strain in the wire rope by reducing the amount of rubbing when bringing the line in or out. Then the brake system on this unit is going to be automatic, load hold break system. When it comes to the actual rope that's going to give us a wire construction. Strong and durable. It's going to have a diameter of 3/16 of an inch.

Overall length is 45 feet. It's going to have the forged steel hook on this side. Spring loaded safety latch to prevent accidental disconnecting or unhooking, as well as a hand saver strap. Gives you thumb operation to control the in and out features and functions of the winch. You're going to get a 20 foot wire lead.

That way you're going to be able to stand a safe distance away from the winch when operating. It's going to have the 4 way plug right here. This is a female plug. It's going to plug into the male portion on the actual power unit, and it's going to feature an on and off switch as well. Very easy. Again, 20 feet when it comes to the wire lead on that hand held remote. Everything on this unit is going to be color coded. The plugs are simple. Those are the only 2 plugs that are going to match up with one another. Then you're going to have the 6 foot battery leads. Plenty of wire to work with to get power running to your winch. Red for positive, black for negative. You're going to have the yellow and blue wires coming out of the power box here. Those attach to the terminals located directly onto the motor. Hardware's already installed. The nuts and washers, so you can get those ring terminals attached securely. Everything is color coded for an easy installation. Mounting plate is included. When mounting you want to make sure that you choose a strong mounting deck on your trailer. This is going to come with the installation hardware. That's going to be this packet right here. It's also going to come with some zip ties to secure the wiring, and it's going to come with some detailed instructions with the owner's manual. Here on this hook, it can easily be removed by pulling the pin and cotter pin on the other side. It's easily re-attachable simply by placing that over the looped end of the cable, placing it through, and re-securing it with the cotter pin. You put it through there. Bend one end over. That way it doesn't come off. The rated line pull with a single line on the drum is going to be 3,400 pounds. With a line pull of zero pounds the current draw is 30 amps and the line speed is 15 feet per minute. With a line pull of 3,400 pounds the current draw is 240 amps and the line speed is 5 feet per minute. The motor on this unit is going to be a 12V DC 1 1/2 horsepower, permanent magnet motor. It's going to feature a 3 stage planetary gear system. That gear ratio is going to be 166 to 1. It's got a nice sized drum on here. That way it's going to allow fast and easy wire deployment and it's also going to bring the wire back in quickly. Drum dimensions. That's going to measure 2 inches in diameter by 3.15 inches in length. The overall measurements of the actual winch 13 inches long by 4 1/2 inches deep. It's going to measure 6.18 inches high. The winch is somewhat small and compact so it can fit into a tight space. Everything you see here on the table is going to be what you get with this part number. The winch itself is going to weigh about 18.7 pounds. 18 1/2 roughly. Again, nice system to use. Strong and durable. It's got that 3,400 pound capacity.
