B&W makes their Biker Bar motorcycle transport systems, such as # BWMC2301, just for hogs but we do have other setups for cruiser and touring motorcycle transport that are general-purpose products. You can see all of these wheel shock products on the page that I linked for you.
In my opinion the best option is the Tow-Rax Removable Wheel Chock # TWSPWM which fits with front wheel tires up to 6-1/2-inches wide.
