Hello, I just purchased a Tekonsha P3 brake controller and 3016-P harness for my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. Do you have any articles or advice on where the harness plugs into my truck at? I know it plugs into a connector somewhere, but unsure where to find this. Do I need to add or verify any fuses under the hood? Thank you in advance.

For your 2014 GMC Sierra 1500, the brake controller wiring harness # 3016 is the correct adapter for your Prodigy P3 # 90195. This adapter will plug into the wiring harness inside the black box to the left of your brake pedal. I've attached a video of a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 which will be exactly the same as your GMC Sierra 1500 installation.
