EQ90-02-4600 I have a f 150 4x4 will this cure the tail gate hitting the power tongue unit?

Using the extra long Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4600 referenced in your question will be your best option for gaining clearance between your truck's tailgate and jack/weight distribution system. The shank has an overall length of 18 inches, which is about 6 inches longer than the standard Equal-i-zer shanks. As long as this additional length gives you the clearance you need, this will work great.
The shank is designed for Equal-i-zer weight distribution systems with a tongue weight capacity of 600 to 1,400 pounds. It will also work with most other systems with this weight range. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
