So I’m not really sure which hitch to order, one of the reviews mentioned that rear frame had a different measurement if you have a passenger van or a cargo can chassis do i order # 75601 or 75549

For your 2014 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 with 144 inch wheelbase and factory step bumper you will use hitch # 75601. But to be sure you can measure the width of the frame. Frame width is measured from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other. If your measurement is 30-3/8 inches then this hitch will NOT fit your van.
