Does Breakaway System for Flat Tow Supplemental Braking Need to be Added Separately

I am setting up a 2016 Jeep Cherokee to flat tow behind an RV and need a break away setup. Which part number do you recommend?

The breakaway systems for supplemental braking systems are built into them and aren't something you add after the fact.

For example, the Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR has a breakaway system already built into it that is included.
