How much can i torque these clamps to?

The Replacement Mounting Clamps for Truxedo Tonneau Covers # TX1703561 work with covers such as the TruXedo TruXport # TX297601. According to the directions there is not a specific amount of torque that needs to be applied to the clamps, they only need to be tightened until snug as you can see in the accompanying photo I've provided.
