The Camco RV Water Pressure Regulator # CAM40064 referenced in your question is designed to connect to the water supply hookup at an RV park and then connect to a standard 3/4 inch water hose. The regulator will keep water pressure at a consistent 40-50 psi to help with the inconsistent water pressures you can find at parks that can possibly damage your RV's water hose or internal lines.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product so you can get a closer look as to exactly how it works.
