Is the Camco RV Water Pressure Regulator With Gauge Adjustable

Question:

with this item, the video does not show what you should do if the pressure goes into the red. is there an adjustment to keep the pressure at 50psi or below?

I spoke with Camco and the Water Pressure Regulator with Gauge, # CAM40064, is not adjustable. She told me this regulator can regulate water pressure from up to 60 psi down to 50 psi. She also said they have tested it up to 125 psi with some success, but if the incoming water pressure exceeds 60 psi, this regulator may not be able to regulate properly.

If the gauge reads too high then either the pressure on the water source needs to be lowered or the gauge or regulator is bad. According to Camco this regulator was designed for RV park use only. It was not designed for residential or commercial use.
