1996 Ford F-350 Dually. I need metal valve stems and extensions for the rear duals. What do you suggest? Thanks.

We offer one metal valve stem, part # AM20906, rated for PSI pressures over 100-lbs. This is a 1-1/4-inch-long bolt-on valve stem that requires a hole diameter of either 0.453-inches or 0.625-inches depending on which of the two included rubber grommets you use (use only one of them).
Valve extenders are available in straight lengths AND with a 90-degree bend.
15-inch straight # WM9019-4
