There a couple adapters which might work for you, the Hopkins # 47435 6-Pole to 7-Pole or the RoadMaster # RM-146-7. I've left links to video reviews of both adapters for you to take a look at.

Yes, since the hub you currently have has 8-247 stamped on it the Trailer Hub part #8-247-50UC3-EZ that you referenced would be the correct hub for you to use. This hub is 10 by 2-1/4 inch and has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
