when Deflating the bags with the switch, where does the pressure dump? out of the switch body?

The exhaust valve on the Firestone Air Command I # F2158 is located at the back of the switch. You can attach some air tubing to it and run it to wherever you'd like. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
