It sounds like you have a traditional spindle size for a 3500 lb axle. For your bearing kit, I recommend the Bearing Kit for number 84 Spindle, L44649/L68149 Bearings, 10-19 Double Lip Seal # BK2-100 based on your dimensions. This is the most common spindle sizing for a 3500 lb axle. The square tube spindle is # TRU47FR.
If you want the entire hub assembly, I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKHD-545-35-K or the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K.
