Which Front Hitch for 2016 Ford F-150 Sits Lower to Ground Curt or Draw Tite

Question:

Viewing photos and install instructions for the 2016 F150 Curt and Draw-Tite front mount hitches leads me to this question - does the receiver tube on the Draw-Tite rest lower to the ground, and more forward than the tube on the Curt? Thanks.

The Draw Tite part # 65067 will sit lower to the ground than the Curt hitch part # C31083 which is also a fit for your 2016 Ford F-150. The Draw Tite requires you to notch a couple inches out of the bottom of the air dam up front, but the Curt requires you to cut a hole a bit higher for the hitch to fit through.

In the picture I attached the Draw Tite is on the left and the Curt on the right.
