The Curt Front Mount Hitch # C31083 for your 2020 Ford F-150 actually won't affect the truck's ground clearance at all. This is because the 2" receiver will protrude right through the bottom of the air dam, maintaining the F-150's existing ground clearance dimension. I have attached an image below so you can see exactly what I mean.

This hitch features a 500 pound vertical load limit and a 9,000 pound line pull rating. I have attached the written install manual that you can look through as well.
