Product #s K23-087-00 and K23-086-00 Do these two 10inch electric brakes come with a hand brake lever and cable?

The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes part # K23-086-087-00 (K23-087-00 + K23-086-00) comes with the parking brake levers but not the parking brake cable. We do not offer the cable at this time.
