Question:

Do they make a 5th wheel rail kit that is plug and play for this goose neck hitch? I would like to be able to remove it so my box is open. I also would like it to be rated for 20,000 pounds or more. It is going on a 2001 Ford Super Duty.

I do have a solution for you, however the Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 6300 referenced in your question is designed to install using a vehicle-specific gooseneck rail kit. It cannot be mounted to standard 5th wheel base rails. If you are just needing a gooseneck trailer hitch, the custom kit for your 2001 Ford F-250/350 is the Draw-Tite # 6300-4449, which will include both the gooseneck hitch and installation rails.

If you are wanting both a 5th-Wheel hitch with rails and a gooseneck hitch in the bed of your truck, I recommend looking at the Curt 25K Gooseneck Plate # 16055. This gooseneck plate is specifically designed to use with above-the-bed 5th wheel rails. The 25,000 pound capacity gooseneck hitch will mount into the holes on the fifth wheel rails and secure into place using the included pins and clips. This will allow for easy installation and removal for an open truck bed when not in use. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product so you can see exactly how it works.

Then for a 5th wheel hitch and base rails, I recommend checking out the Reese 20K 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30928 along with the Custom Base Rails # RP50082-58. This is an excellent 5th wheel hitch that features a forged, single-piece jaw that will wrap completely around the king pin and a 9 inch wide funnel to ease the process of gliding the king pin into the hitch. The custom base rails will use existing holes in your truck's frame to help with installation and are compatible with the above mentioned gooseneck plate.
