The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs you selected, # F2445 are a fit for your 2015 Toyota Tundra. In order to accommodate your 6" lift, you will need the 6" Lift Spacers, # F2375. These spacers are installed between the top of the spring and the top bracket. To verify that this kit will work, the distance between upper and lower brackets must be between 11.5" and 12.5".
I've attached a photo of Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs installed on a 2013 Tundra that does not have a lift kit. The arrow shows where you will install the spacer. Obviously, you will have an extra 6" of space between the brackets because of your 6" lift. I've also attached a video of this installation, which may be helpful.
