Do you have any instructions for where to install these? My Bakflip F1 on a 2015 Colorado doesnt seem to fit if I just returned the d rings that are the now. Thanks.

Yes, the Buckle and Strap Conversion Kit #PARTS-356A0009 referenced in your question will work to replace the broken clip on your BAKFlip MX4 Tonneau Cover. This kit includes 2 straps with buckles so you can have a spare on hand as well.

Based on your images it appears you have a BAKFlip Tonneau Cover. This will use the Buckle and Strap Conversion Kit #PARTS-356A0009. The Replacement Tie-Down #EX1024 you found is for Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Hard Tonneau Covers which are only 3 panels.
