The Replacement Dome for Fan-Tastic Vent RV Roof Vents # FVK1020-19 that you referenced measures 14-13/16 inches from the hinged side to the opposite side (tall) and then 14-13/16 inches from side to side (wide). I have attached a picture for demonstration.
You will want to take note of the hinge itself. Most vent covers have a hinge that is rotated into place whereas this vent cover is installed with hardware. If your vent installs with hardware then this should be the correct replacement for you.
