We do carry a range of trailer suspension parts including leaf springs, both double-eye and slipper types like your 2-inch-wide slipper spring. However, the shortest such slipper springs are 26-5/8-inches long. These are intended for applications on axles with weight ratings from 4K up to 8K. Our slipper springs' lengths are taken from the center of the eye to the far end of the spring, as on the linked image of part # e74SR (dimension C).

We do have a 20-3/8-inch-long double eye spring # e84SR. This is 1-3/4-inches wide and is rated for a 2K axle. Your trailer definitely is not rated for anything like 4000-lbs; more likely it carries a GVWR of no more than 2K.

Import trailers often use unusual parts that are not readily available.
