Your attached photo indicates that you have an 8-lug wheel. The most common axle capacity for an 8 on 6-1/2 wheel bolt pattern is 7,000. If you do have a 7,000-lb capacity axle, your outer bearing will be # 14125A, and your grease seal will either be # RG06-070 or # GS-2125DL. I've attached an image showing how to measure your spindle to determine your bearing and grease seal diameters. It's best to confirm these measurements before purchasing a replacement part.
You can purchase these parts separately, or you can purchase a bearing kit. The kit with the size 10-36 # RG06-070 grease seal is # BK3-200. The kit with the GS-2125DL seal is # BK3-210. If you have a different bearing number, I am attaching a link to our bearing kits, so you can use the filters at the left side of the page to choose your correct number and kit.
The Replacement Guide Bolt for Kodiak Calipers # KGBS ONLY fits Kodiak disc brake calipers for up to 8,000-lb axles. The guide bolt mounts a Kodiak disc brake caliper to the brake flange mounting bracket. It is compatible with the following models:
