For the Thule 987 EasyRider, the replacement cradle and straps are as follows:
Cradle Body - part # 853-5829
Cradle Strap - part # 753-3535
You will need two of these for each individual bike position on your carrier.
Additionally, here are the other replacement parts:

Tie-Down Strap - part # 7531492
