The closest trailer fender we have available to the dimensions you mentioned is a Jeep Style Fender like the etrailer brand # HP96VR. This aluminum fender is 33 inches long, 10 inches wide and 17 inches tall. It is designed to fit with 13-15 inch wheels and can be installed as a bolt-on or weld-on application.
For a standard fender, the closest option we have is the etrailer Single Axle Fender # HP56VR. This is a 16-gauge steel fender that is 32 inches long, 9 inches wide, and 15 inches tall. It is designed for 14-15 inch wheels.
