• Replacement Fenders for Forest River R-Pod
  I am sorry Mike but we do not sell custom fit fenders for your Forest River R-Pod. The absolute closest thing I could offer would be the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender item # CE17100ATB. It measures 10" Wide x 32" long x 16" tall and is made of 14-gauge aluminum. This has the standard diamond plate finish that it looks like your R-Pod came with from the pictures I can find online. You would get this fender mounted up using the Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender item # CE26098G-2.

• Can CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender Bolt Directly On Side of 2017 R-Pod 179
  Hey Don! The sides of the # CE17900G are slightly rounded but you can still bolt it directly to the wall of your 2017 R-Pod 179. I attached a picture below showing where another customer was able to attach it directly to the side of his trailer so you will be able to do the same on yours (although I don't recommend mounting it off-center like in the picture). Unfortunately the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders # CE17960ATB will only wheels up to 13" in diameter so your 15" wheels are going to be too big, Instead, you'd have to use the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender # CE17900G, which can work with 14" or 15" diameter wheels.   Generally tires on 14-1/2 inch rims are several inches larger than that in diameter. Tires that are 24 inches in diameter are usually closer to a 13 inch rim. So that is unique. I suggest using something like the steel fender # CE17900G for 14 inch wheels. It's 31-1/2 inches wide at its largest opening.   The lip at the rear of the # CE17900G fender is just under an inch wide, so it could be drilled and bolted, but you might find the task easier if you used part # HP36VR.   A pre-galvanized fender like the part # CE17900G would not have to be painted. The zinc coating will do a great job preventing corrosion. Painting on top of that certainly wouldn't hurt but it would not be necessary.
