Pre-Galvanized Steel
Pre-galvanized steel parts are stamped from a sheet of steel after it has already been galvanized. The edges of the pre-galvanized parts often lose their zinc coating during the stamping process. Because of the thinness of the coating (less than 1 mil) and the fact that the edges remain exposed, pre-galvanized parts can begin to oxidize and rust quickly, so it's recommended that they be primed and painted.

One of my boat trailer fenders was damaged when a tire blew. The other was badly mangled when I got clipped by a semi on the interstate. I got a pair of these to replace them both. As far as I can tell, these are the exact same fenders that came on my trailer. Very heavy duty and galvanized. Great fenders at a very good price.

Nice fender. Back edge is not flat to fit up against the wall smooth. Couldn't tell by pictures. Goes on an Enclosed trailer.

Sorry about that. Did you end up cutting it or flattening it so it sat more flush?
Timely delivery in perfect condition. Price including shipping was less than locally sourced part that was plain steel.

These fenders are on a trailer stored outside and still look almost like new.
Very well made galvanized fenders.
They’ll provide great coverage over the tires .

Trailer fender update. They’re holding up great. They are frequently submerged in salt water & still look great. I do rinse them off with fresh water. Would highly recommend them.

Very nice. I made a mistake. Thought one side was flat fender back to bolt on? I think I need the bracket. The previous fender bolted direct to the trailer. Please let me what will work best. Thank you.

The brackets that you need is part # CE26098G-2. You will need to drill holes in the fender to use the brackets.

Used these to redo a trailer. They worked perfectly, welded on just fine.
They are great but they are not long enough they are 32 I order I need 35long by9.5
Excellent! These fenders were exactly what I needed when upgrading my trailer from 12 to 15 inch wheels.
Worked great. Easy install. Clamped in place, and marked for bolt holes. Took off and drilled 3/8 holes. Used 3/8 bolts, washers on both sides and a lock washer/nut. Sturdy enough to stand on. (Atleast for now)
Very nice, heavy duty galvanized fenders. Exactly what I needed to replace my aging cracked plastic fenders. Scrub them down with some comet to remove oils. Prime with self etching primer. Finish with enamel. Good to go. Pre drilled some holes. Bolted them up. Quick easy project.
I had a creased fender on my travel trailer. I looked at many fenders online trying to find something that would match. This fender was less than an inch wider and inch longer. Once installed you could not tell the difference to the other fender unless you measured it.

Waiting in the brackets. Then we will put it on.
These are a nice medium weight metal. These will be the basis of my wheel "tubs". I needed the longer arch to fit existing deck holes. The lower arc will be a ramp over the wheels for my flying machine to roll over. Strong enough to walk on. Perfect fit from the description. I always visit etrailer first and haven't shopped anywhere else for my trailer parts. Bought a hitch too. Great install videos and customer service.
This was an exact replacement for the one that was lost due to a blow out.
