What is the overall height of this jack when fully retracted?

I measured this jack, Item # TJBB-2001-B, in our warehouse. It measures 15-3/4 inches from the footplate to the top of the outer tube. It measures 17-1/2 inches from the footplate to the top of the jack when the handle is folded in. I've attached an image showing these measurements.
