Troubleshooting Lighting Signals from RV to Flat Towed 2013 Jeep Wrangler

The light on the jeep do not come on when connected to the rv

Since I do not know the details about your RV wiring what I suggest you do is test the wiring connector on the RV to see if the lighting signals are making it that far. This will at least tell you if the issue is on the RV or in the towed Jeep Wrangler's wiring.
Use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 (as shown in the linked video) to see if the various lighting signals are making it to the socket on the RV. The linked article shows different types of trailer connectors and the signals that should be found on each of its pins.
If not, the cause could be missing fuses in the RV, a damaged wiring harness or simply corrosion within the trailer connector socket. Even slight discoloration on the contacts can indicate corrosion that could block lighting signals. Sometimes the corrosion can build up inside the socket where it can be hard to see.
If you can tell me a bit more about the RV, its type of wiring connector and the wiring/lighting kit you have installed on the Jeep, I can help you troubleshoot.
