The Receiver Mount for Advantage SportsRack V-Rack 2 Bike Carrier - 2" Hitches # HE6007 has a measurement of 6-1/4 inches from hitch pin hole to tube end. This will not be long enough to even clear your bumper with some of the hitches available for your 2014 Honda Odyssey as you can see in the attached video. The Curt Clamp-On 3 Bike Rack for 2" Ball Mounts - Towing # C18013 can be used with Ball Mount 3/4" Rise or 2" Drop, Extra Long # D-26 or the Curt Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches - 14" Long # C45795. You may want to consider using a rack like the Rola TX-103 3-Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # 59403 that will give you clearance and also a tilting function for easier access to your cargo area. This carrier even has the integrated cable lock for securing your bikes to the rack. With a hanging rack, you may want to consider the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005 for any bikes without a top frame tube.

Thanks for the additional info. I do recommend you to with the Curt Hitch Extender for 2" Hitch Receivers - 8" Long # C45791. This can be used for the Curt rack # C18013. Based on size and storage issues, I recommend the Lets Go Aero BikeWing-2 2-Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Horizontal Wheel Mount # LGA54FR which will easily be able to store in your trunk and you can use the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HT02 which will give you 3 inches of clearance to help prior to the shank rise of this rack to clear your bumper.
