I spoke with my contact at Lippert regarding the Electric Trailer Jack with Footplate # LC285318 referenced in your question. For this jack they recommend 26 ft lbs of torque for the hardware that will hold the jack to your trailer.
This is a very nice electric A-frame jack that will provide a total lift of 18 inches and a 3,500 pound weight capacity. LED lights will illuminate at a downward angle so you can focus on your coupler. It has an outer tube diameter of 2-1/4 inches and a retracted bracket height of 10-3/4 inches.
