Before towing, you will want to check the towing capacity of your Dodge Ram as you will not want to exceed it. You will also want to consult your Jeep manual for specific steps needed to take when flat towing. Some vehicles must be equipped with a transmission lube pump, axle disconnect or free-wheeling hubs before they can be towed.
