Replacement Grease Seal # 501544 That Matches Seal # 34823

Question:

I have an old axle with a C/R 501544 seal that needs to be replaced. Your website does not list this old seal. The only info I can find on the 501544 is that it is 1.983 OD by 1.249 ID which is the same as the 34823. However the axle shaft the 501544 seals on is only 1.212. Will the 34823 seal to the 1.212 shaft like the 501544 seal does?

Since the measurements of your existing seal are identical to # 34823 then it will work on your trailer. It should also be a 1/4 inch thick.

If both your bearings are # L44643 then you can get the entire Bearing Kit # BK1-100.
