To find replacement hubs you'll need to measure your spindles where the inner and outer bearings sit using a digital caliper like # PTW80157.
In the picture I've attached the locations are C and D. You may also be able to determine the bearings you have based on the bearing numbers stamped into them if you still have the bearings and can read the numbers.
