The easiest way to determine which bearings are used on your trailer is to simply remove the hub and check for the numbers that should be stamped into the bearings themselves. If you cannot locate these numbers, another option is to take a few measurements on the trailer spindle at the bearing seat locations. I have attached an image that shows where these measurements are taken. I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157 as the measurements will need to be as accurate as possible.
If you are able to locate the bearing numbers or spindle dimensions, I will be happy to recommend the correct replacement kit.
I have also attached a couple of articles on trailer hubs and bearings that you may find very helpful.
