How tight do you need to have the 2 bolts in the front to stop the tube from sliding up?

I spoke with my contact at Pro-Series and he informed me that you will need to torque down the set bolts to 125 ft/lbs on this Pro Series Gooseneck Coupler, part # PS0287790300.
