The best way to show you how to install the B and W Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3300 that you referenced is to have you check out the install video I attached that shows this fifth wheel hitch being assembled/installed in the bed of a Ford truck like what you have.
It will walk you through the entire process. In reality you won't want to have it totally assembled all the time as due to its' weight it's easier to install it in pieces.
