No Splice Trailer Wiring Recommendation for 2017 Chevy Bolt EV

Question:
I have Bolt on order and wondered if you would be making a plug in wiring harness for it. I hate to cut and splice wires on a new car that is not meant to tow. The car has LED tailights. I will be towing a light utility trailer and light boat trailer occasionally. Should I put on LED lights on these trailers and if so, can I do away with a converter and put 3 wire lights on.

We have a universal style of trailer wiring harness that is a fit for your 2017 Chevy Bolt EV that doesn't require any splicing. What you would want is the # 119250KIT which instead of requiring hardwiring uses sensors that grab the wires without piercing them.
