Question:

2014 4runner 18inch hitch height. 2017 Rockwood 2280BHESP 22inch ball height. Looking at the Equalizer WHD, which one, Tongue Weight aprox. TW287 + #150 Trunk = #450.. Need Ball to be higher than vehicle hitch to have trailer level. 2inch ball Sag Height with cargo and trailer 2inch in vehicle currently.

We have just what you'll need but let's start with the weight distribution system. You gave the exact right figure for picking out a WD system since it's based off the loaded tongue weight plus weight of any cargo behind rear axle. So you are looking at a kit for a 450 lb tongue weight.

So for that you would want the part # EQ37060ET which includes a shank. With the shank in the rise position you will be able to easily attain the 4 inches of rise you need.

You'll need a thin walled socket too to install the ball. For that you would want the part # ALL643216.
