Troubleshooting Trailer Lights Coming On When Vehicle Is Off And Vehicle Light Turned Off

I recently purchased a hydraulic tilt bed trailer. When I plug in the 7 way trailer pigtail the marker lights on the trailer and the right side marker lights on my truck front and back come on. This occurs with the truck turned off and the lights off. I did have a spare tire rub through some of my wiring on the truck frame rail ahead of the trailer connector over the winter. I thought I solved that issue. Ive tried other trailers on the truck without issue. Ive tried other trucks on the trailer without issue. Im frustrated and confused. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

This is an interesting issue because the problems aren't consistent with other trucks or other trailers. Does this trailer happen to have LED lights? Some vehicles have issues with LED trailer lights because they draw far less power and can light up without much power being sent that would be unnoticed on an incandescent light.
If this is the case, the Trailer Connector Adapter w/ Lamp-Out Sensor Bypass - 7-Way RV to 7-Way RV - Vehicle End # 20142 has a draw that is similar to an incandescent light to help the connection between an LED trailer function correctly. Another option is Light Bulb Load-Resistors # DI34ZR.
If you don't have LED trailer lights, I'll need more info on your trailer to assist.
