I would like to get a hitch for my car and want to confirm it will be correct before purchasing. I have a 2016 Scion tC RS 10.0, I want a hitch for use with a bike rack. Im looking at the C11375.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11375 is confirmed to fit all models of your 2016 Scion tC. I've linked the install instructions for you.
The Curt hitch does require you to also use a support strap, # 18050, with a bike rack as an extra safety measure.
A great bike rack in either hitch is the Kuat Beta # B202-114. This is a great, light weight rack that will fit into the Class I hitch receiver on your Scion.
