Question:
Hi .. I am wondering and hesitating between the timbren system and sumospring.. I tow... during the summer.. a travel trailer with a WDS.. weighs around 7500lbs, and I tow it every 2 weekends.. approx.. Am I better off with the timbrens or sumos ? Idealy I would of liked the firestone airbags but they dont do them for the 3500 ..only 2500.. i dont know why but anyway... I want to keep a smoother ride as possible when unloaded... but I eant a good support for when towing your opinion ?

For optimum ride quality when towing and not towing your best option is something you may have already actually. A properly rated weight distribution system that is set up properly will give you the best support quality when towing and then when not towing the ride quality wouldn't be affected since system isn't hooked up.
Using a Timbren or Sumospring would add more support but shouldn't be necessary unless you have a WD system that just isn't properly rated or set up. You can add either one but contrary to their soft looking appearance they will not give you a smoother ride. They are designed to be stiff for support so if anything it will get a bit stiffer both loaded and unloaded. Since the Timbrens do have a reputation as being a bit stiffer the softer option would be the SumoSpring part # SSR-210-40 that you mentioned.
