To select new hubs that will properly fit on the spindles of your trailer axle you will need to identify the bearing part numbers from the original hubs. Both the original and new hubs' inner and outer bearings must match for the new hubs to fit on your spindles. You also need to confirm the axle weight rating along with the bolt pattern, which in your case is 4-on-4. The new hubs need to be rated correctly for your axle; the plate or sticker that should be on the axle itself will indicate its weight capacity.

The linked page displays all 4-on-4 hubs that fit with 8-inch trailer wheels. Once you know your current bearings you can click on those filters to see compatible hubs. For instance, if you need a idler hub (no brakes) with inner/outer bearing L44643 you can use part # AKIHUB-440-2-1K which is rated for 2000-lb-capacity axles.
