I have attached an image showing the dimensions of this product so you can check to ensure these will work with your 1999 Mazda B Series Pickup. It has a length of 3-3/8 inches and a width of 2-3/16 inches. These have a weight capacity of 1,000 pounds.

Another option to look at if the Erickson Anchors do not work is the Brophy Stake Pocket Tie-Down Anchor # T355, which is designed to slide into a 2x4 inch stake pocket. These have a safe working load limit of 1,600 pounds.
