Expert Reply:
The etrailer Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # e78KR, will not fit the 2010 Honda Element SC. For your 2010 Honda Element SC, we have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11699.
If you will be towing with this hitch you will want to check your owner's manual or the Honda dealer for the towing capacity of your 2010 Honda Element SC.
To complete your towing setup, you will need the following items:
Draw-Tite Ball Mount, part # 3593
Pin and Clip, included with ball mount
Tow Ready 2 Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19258
Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118465
I am including links to the installation instructions on the hitch and the wiring harness and a video of the wiring harness being installed on a 2007 Honda Element.
