For your 2013 Ford F-150 with the 3.5 liter EcoBoost motor I recommend the Superchips Flashpaq # SU1845 for 49-state or # SU4845 for California approved. The Flashpaq has several tune presets for fuel economy, towing, and performance. When towing I recommend the towing tune and for everyday driving use the economy setting.

For the biggest boost in towing performance the Edge Gas Evolution CS2 Tuner # EP85350 is the best option for your 2013 F-150. With this unit you can see an increase of up to 25 horse power and 28 foot pounds of torque, both of which represent the highest increases for this truck out of the available tuners. This will definitely provide a noticeable difference in power and control while pulling the tractor.
