Question:

Is it possible to rig a ball hitch with draw hitch for use with a bike rack.This would not be used for any towing at all and i do not want to use a ball hitch mounted bike rack. thanks,

It sounds like you are describing a bumper hitch with a ball. What you can do is remove the ball and install Curt Bumper Hitch, # E-3S. This will provide a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver that you can use with a hitch mounted bike rack. I have included a link to the installation details for the hitch.

If you have an RV or trailer that has a 4 inch square channel bumper, you could use RV Bumper Trailer Hitch Receiver, # E-100. Or, if it is a 4 inch square continuous welded steel bumper, you could use # S64025.
